Short version: the fee dataset is CC BY 4.0 — use it, republish it, chart it, just credit the source. The public API has a free tier. The embeddable widget is free to embed and keeps its credit link. Anything you need without attribution, or with resale rights or a service commitment, is a commercial licence; contact us.
These terms cover the licensing of the fee data, the public API and the embeddable widget only. General site terms — refunds, premium service and user conduct — are in the site Terms of Service.
Exactly three paths are published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) — the same three declared in the site Terms of Service, section 3:

Note on accuracy: our values are transcribed from the official marketplace rate cards and carry a verification date on the dataset page. They are provided as-is; where your settlement line disagrees with any published rate, the settlement line governs.
The CC BY 4.0 grant covers those three paths and nothing else on this site. The calculator source code, the widget assets and the API service are not covered by CC BY 4.0 and are licensed as set out below.

The widget renders a visible "powered by ylishi.tools" link as part of its own markup. Under the free embed that credit must stay visible and functional — do not crop it out, overlay it, resize the frame to hide it, or proxy the widget to strip it. A no-attribution (white-label) version can be scoped under a commercial licence; see /data-licensing/.
The free embed carries no service commitment. Any availability or support commitment is a commercial term, scoped per engagement.
For use that needs no attribution, bulk or white-label data delivery, resale rights, or a service commitment scoped per engagement, a commercial licence applies: support@ylishi.tools. Available scopes are set out at /data-licensing/.
This page covers the fee dataset, the API and the widget only; no other data product is granted or described by it.
