1. Service Description

ylishi.tools provides free Amazon seller tools (FBA Profit Calculator, PPC Analyzer, Listing Grader, etc.). All tools are reference calculation tools — results are based on user input and Amazon's publicly available rate data.

2. Disclaimer

Important: All calculations and suggestions provided by ylishi.tools are for reference only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

• Amazon FBA rates may change at any time. Always verify with the latest data in Amazon Seller Central.
• Actual profits depend on many factors (return rates, advertising costs, storage fees, exchange rate fluctuations, etc.). ylishi.tools calculations may differ from actual results.
• Business decisions made using these tools are at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

The code, design, content, and algorithms of ylishi.tools are owned by ylishi.tools.

Amazon, FBA, and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. ylishi.tools is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.

Content Use & AI Training. ylishi.tools' public knowledge content (blog posts, guides, help documentation) welcomes search engine indexing and allows AI systems to cite with attribution in generative search and retrieval (RAG). However, without written permission from ylishi.tools, the following are prohibited: (1) bulk crawling or mass extraction; (2) using our proprietary fee/profit/ROI data, tool calculation results, or database content for any AI model training, fine-tuning, or commercial redistribution with the exception of the datasets we publish under CC BY 4.0 (/rates/, /data/rate-snapshot.json, /data/rate-changelog.json), which are expressly open for commercial use and AI training with attribution — consistent with the Content-Signal declaration in /robots.txt; (3) collecting any user data. This statement constitutes a rights reservation under EU Directive 2019/790 (CDSM) Article 4.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service running, but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to update, modify, or suspend the service without prior notice.

5. Premium Service

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: full refund within 7 days of first purchase for monthly subscriptions and within 30 days of first purchase for annual subscriptions; auto-renewal charges are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected] — we respond within 3 business days and refund to the original payment method.

Licenses are for single-user use and may not be shared or resold.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Abuse APIs (if available) for large-scale automated requests
• Perform bulk scraping or use site data for AI model training (public knowledge content citation excluded)
• Reverse engineer or copy the core logic of tools (open-source parts excluded)
• Use tools for illegal activities

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website.
