1. Subscription Refunds

ylishi.tools offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Monthly subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal. No refunds for partial months after the 7-day window.

Yearly subscriptions: Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the account has not been used to process more than 50 calculations or tool operations.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Your account email address
• Order/transaction ID (found in your Paddle receipt email)
• Reason for the refund request

4. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription periods longer than 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (yearly) from the purchase date
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
• Promotional or discounted purchases (unless the product is defective)
