ylishi.tools offers monthly and annual Premium subscriptions. Refund policy:

• Monthly subscriptions: Full refund available within 14 days of first purchase (monthly and annual alike)
• Annual subscriptions: Full refund available within 14 days of first purchase (monthly and annual alike)
• Renewals: Auto-renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before renewal if you wish to discontinue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• Requests made after the refund period specified above
• Duplicate or multiple subscriptions
• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
• Auto-renewal charges due to failure to cancel before renewal date
