ylishi.tools is committed to minimizing data collection. We use self-hosted Umami Analytics (deployed at analytics.ylishi.tools) to collect the following anonymous statistics:
We do NOT collect: Names, email addresses (unless you voluntarily purchase Premium), IP addresses (except the purchase-verification data described in Section 4), or any other personally identifiable information. The analytics cookies described in Section 3 are used only for aggregate measurement — never to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally.

All data is used for internal product improvement only and is never sold. It is shared only where strictly required to operate the service — with our analytics providers (self-hosted Umami and Microsoft Clarity) and our payment processor (Paddle).
Our self-hosted Umami Analytics is cookie-free — it does not set or use cookies. All tool functionality does not depend on cookies, and most calculators run entirely in your browser. A few tools — for example the image batch processor and the listing grader — send the files or text you choose to our own servers so they can be processed; those uploads are deleted automatically and are never used for any other purpose.
We also use Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com) for behavioural analytics (heatmaps and session insights). Clarity is consent-based: its script is not loaded, and no Clarity cookie is set, unless you opt in. On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies; rejecting — or simply not choosing — leaves Clarity switched off. If you accept, Clarity may set the following first-party cookies in your browser:
Clarity also collects aggregate usage data (page interactions, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP). We do not use these cookies to build advertising profiles or to identify you personally. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details.
Change or withdraw your choice at any time. Use the button below to re-open the cookie banner. Choosing "Reject non-essential" deletes the Clarity cookies (_clck, _clsk, CLID) and reloads the page without Clarity. You can also block clarity.ms in your browser — our tools work normally either way.

Umami analytics data is retained for 90 days. Microsoft Clarity behavioural data is retained according to Microsoft’s Clarity retention policy (see the Microsoft Privacy Statement). Premium purchase records are retained until you request deletion.
