Multi-store management FAQ: supported marketplaces, unified inventory, order sync, data isolation, and safe cross-border store operations.
What is multi-store management?
It is a single dashboard for sellers who run multiple storefronts — different Amazon marketplaces, or Amazon plus Temu/TikTok Shop — showing products, orders, and performance side by side. Instead of logging into each seller central separately, you see unified metrics and can spot problems (stockouts, price errors, hijackers) across all stores at once.
Which platforms are supported?
Amazon (US, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, JP), Temu, and TikTok Shop are covered for core metrics: listings, orders, revenue, and inventory. Additional marketplaces are added based on usage — contact us if you need a specific one.
How does unified inventory work?
The tool maintains a per-SKU inventory ledger across stores. When the same SKU sells on Amazon, the available quantity for Temu and TikTok Shop is adjusted by your buffer rules, preventing overselling without freezing stock. You set per-channel reserve quantities and the sync engine does the rest.
How are orders synced and how fresh is the data?
Orders sync via API on a rolling schedule (typically every 15 minutes), with realtime webhooks where the platform supports them. Each store keeps its own order log; the dashboard merges them for reporting but never merges financial data across legal entities.
Is my store data isolated and safe?
Yes. Each store's credentials and data are stored isolated per account, traffic is encrypted in transit, and analytics are aggregated without exposing raw data between stores. You can revoke access for any store at any time from the settings page.
