What happens when I hit the free limit?
You'll see a friendly prompt to upgrade. Your other tools continue working — only the specific feature is paused until tomorrow (or next month for monthly limits).
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes! Switch anytime from your account settings. When switching to yearly, you'll get a prorated credit for remaining monthly payments.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
All tools work free with generous limits — no trial needed. Upgrade to Pro when you need to run a fee check across a whole catalog (unlimited export, batch compare, image batch), not for one-off lookups.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Card, PayPal and regional wallet payments (e.g. Alipay / WeChat Pay, where supported) are offered at checkout depending on your country and currency. All prices are in USD.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with Pro, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. For subscriptions, you can also cancel anytime from your account settings and keep access until the end of your billing period.

The Standard Data License is $299/year (10k calls/month, US + EU) and it is a live Paddle checkout on the Data Licensing page.
